What Do They Love?

The Leadership Question To Find Out

It’s not about you.

Effective leadership is about prioritizing the needs and aspirations of the people around you. Leaders who take the time to understand other people’s motivations lead well.

When individuals feel valued and empowered, they become more committed to the team’s mission. That’s where the buy-in happens.

Leaders who prioritize their team's aspirations gain a loyal and motivated group.

The beauty happens when you can align personal goals with the overall team objectives. It creates a shared sense of purpose and a deeper connection between everyone.

Ultimately, effective leadership empowers others to achieve their goals while contributing to the collective success of the organization.

Two simple questions to ask: “What are your dreams?” and “What do you love?”

When you find out the answers to those, you are in a better position to lead the people around you.

I pray that your day is full of reminders of God’s love and faithfulness. May you faithfully build your life on Christ.

“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10
