The Good Enough Trap
Comfort and Complacency Kills

We all face a similar trap from time to time… the “Good Enough” trap. The allure of it can be irresistible.
Sometimes we know it’s right there in front of us. Other times it sneaks up on us out of nowhere.
We love the comfort of familiar.
We convince ourselves that settling for what is normal and status quo is sensible, even responsible.
But it's a siren song. It lulls us into complacency. It stifles our true potential to be excellent or elite. It's a trap disguised as contentment.
Choose growth over stagnation.
Choose passion over passivity.
If you want to be excellent or elite at anything, it’s not only necessary… it’s a requirement.
I pray that your day is full of reminders of God’s love and faithfulness. May you faithfully build your life on Christ.
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10
