Find the Dogs

If you want to build culture for your team, find the dogs.

The ones that have the influence. The ones that everyone would follow.

Don’t have any right now? Ask this question:

“Who has the greatest potential to be one?“

Pour into them. Give them all the tools that they need. Be their biggest fan. Empower them to be something greater than they would ever expect of themselves.

Impact them and watch them impact the team. Watch the tides turn.

That’s why they need you. They need your hard work. They need your leadership. They need your love.

Go find the dogs.

I pray that your day is full of reminders of God’s love and faithfulness. May you faithfully build your life on Christ.
