The Importance of Being Teachable

The best leaders never stop learning. They’re curious. They’re humble.
They recognize they don't have all the answers.
They’re teachable.
They ask questions and seek feedback.
They admit mistakes and learn from them.
They not only embrace change and new challenges, they crave it. They know that’s where their growth happens.
They know it helps build stronger relationships and trust.
They know that their willingness to learn and grow inspires others to learn and grow.
The most successful leaders are perpetual students.
I pray that your day is full of reminders of God’s love and faithfulness. May you faithfully build your life on Christ.
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10
